Terms and Conditions - Declaration Student Rules
- 100% Attendance is compulsory for all working days.
- In case of any leave requirement, prior permission should be obtained from the class teacher, HOD and or school leader through a proper letter in the prescribed format.
- Taking leave without permission will result in payment of fine.
- Proper uniform is must except on birthdays and special events if relaxed by the school.
- Proper haircut for boys at regular interval is very important. The hair style should be only military cut but not others.
- Girls should plait their hair and ribboned.
- Gold ornaments are strictly not allowed.
- Any ornaments other than religious related such as rings, chains etc are not allowed
- School’s official language is English, hence students must communicate in only English while in the school campus or in the school bus.
- Use of Mobile phones while in the school or at home is strictly prohibited.
- Being a subscriber or user of social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook etc. is strictly prohibited.
- Riding of motor cycles without license or until the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
- Appearing for following tests and exams with full preparation is mandatory.
- Daily tests
- Weekly tests
- Monthly tests
- Unit tests
- Midterm exams
- Term exams
- Half portion and full portion tests
- Usage of non approved transport vehicles such as auto rickshaw is not allowed.
- Only homemade foods or eatables are allowed for lunch and snacks.
- Getting sign from parents is compulsory on following
- Daily handbook
- Test papers
- Any special announcements or instructions from school
- Every student will be subjected to inspections of their personal belongings at anytime by the school.
- School aims at zero tolerance to illicit activities, indecency and indiscipline behaviors. So any violations will lead to issuance of TC.
- No additional fees or money will be demanded from students without information, so parents must not entertain their wards by giving money without reasons.
- Only parents are allowed to meet their wards in the school with permission.
